Nov/Dec ’10 Newsletter

UBC-TO
Second Issue: November/December
‘Tis the Season for Social Causes
September and October were filled with UBC-TO activities, with nearly 200 alumni coming out to our events. We were invited to a special TIFF party organized by the UBC Film Production Alumni Association, hosted a UBC Dialogues event, went to a Toronto FC game, and had two pub nights. Special thanks to all who came out to the Toronto FC game and to Réa Beaumont, Sami Dong, Kristen Miller, Kilim Park, and Mark Savel for their help on the newsletter!

This issue, you will learn about our UBC Connections in Toronto, November A&E, and The Distillery District.

Special call out: Danielle DaCruz is calling for mentors for our mentorship program in 2011, and Alex Cameron is calling on all hockey players that are UBC grads in Toronto for the Alumni Hockey Tournament in spring 2011.

If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact me, Elliot Ng at elliot@ubcto.com.
