| Welcome to the first issue of UBC-TO’s bi-monthly enewsletter. We hope to bring a local voice to the 7,000 UBC alumni living in the Greater Toronto Area. Our mandate is simple: to make a difference in Toronto while giving back to our community and connecting with more alumni.

Briar Gorton is the Program and Events Chair at UBC-TO, and organizes the Alumni Weekend, monthly Pub Nights, and many other events to get UBC-TO Alumni engaged and connected. | Fun & Exclusive TFC Event (& Help Regent Park Youth Too!) |
| On Saturday, October 16th, join fellow UBC grads as well as U of T alumni to watch the Toronto Football Club take on the Columbus Crew in their final home match of the season. Prior to the match, there will be an alumni mixer in the exclusive Rogers Club at BMO Field. Don’t miss this special opportunity to access some of the hottest tickets in town.
Tickets cost $52.00, with $5.00 from each ticket going to sponsor five Grade 9 Regent Park youths from the Pathways To Education Program so that they can attend the game with us. Seats are in section 132, rows 10-15.
